| SONALIKA TRACTOR TO INVEST 100 CRORE TO EXPAND MANUFACTURING CAPACITY |
NEW DELHI, January 05, 2010: With a view to meet huge demands of international quality tractors International Tractors Limited (ITL), Indias 3rd largest tractors and agriculture equipment manufacturers, has decided to invest 100 crore to Maximize its production capacity. The company has plans to increase its production capacity to 10, 0000 tractors per year form 60,000 at Present.
Briefing onto the plan Mr. A.S. Mittal, Vice Chairman, ITL says, "We are going to establish a new manufacturing facility in Bihar with an annual production capacity of 20,000 units. We will invest Rs. 100 crore to increase our production strength. Also we are looking forward to increase the production capacity of our Hoshiarpur plant by 20,000 units." |

| MOU SIGNED WITH PUNJAB GRAMIN BANK |
International Cars and Motors Ltd. And international Tractors Ltd. (Sonalika Groups Company) has signed a MOU with Punjab Gramin Bank dated 16 Dec. 2010. As per the agreement Punjab Gramin Bank will extend and provide the finance facility across Punjab to the Rhino Rx and Sonalika Tractors customers. On the occasion from the ICML and ITL side Mr. Gaurav Saxena (Director Sales and Marketing) Mr. P.T. Sood (Company Sectary) , Mr. Ramsinganey, Mr. Mahesh kansal , Prashant signed the MOU along with Mr. A.C. sehgal (Chairman of Punjab Gramin Bank).
Mr. B. K. Honda . Mr. Saxena told that the company has very wide plans to increase the sales of its Rhino Rx models; also they assured that company will soon be coming with new model also having best in class features. On the other Hand Mr. A.C. sehgal (Chairman of Punjab Gramin Bank) assured that they are very impressed with the progress and the futuristic plans of Sonalika Group and has a great faith in the company and hence they will extend a hassle free finance facility to the customers of Rhino Rx and Sonalika Tractors. Mr. A.C. sehgal (Chairman of Punjab Gramin Bank) has claimed that they have very strong hold specially in the rural areas where other nationalised banks are not financing. This will benefit both the companies to grow their business in untouched rural areas. On this Occasion other senior delegates from the both side were present. |

| YET ANOTHER MILESTONE! |
It is with great pride and pleasure that I report to you about the commissioning of two more tractor and farm equipment manufacturing plants at Fatuha in Patna district of Bihar. This milestone in the evolution of Sonalika as the countrys foremost tractor manufacturing company was achieved on July 15, 2010 at the hands of Honble Chief Minister of Bihar, Shri Nitish Kumar. These plants will play a major role in spreading green revolution to Eastern Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal, Orissa and the North-Eastern states.
I must congratulate all our stakeholders for this major achievement, and I am sure in future as well we will continue to contribute to the growth of not only the Sonalika Group but the country as whole.
Your company Sonalika has a rich heritage. It has been serving the cause of farm mechanization for the last over 48 years. The sapling of farm mechanization was planted many years back and over the years it has developed into a giant tree which is providing its protective shadow & livelihood to thousands of Sonalika customers, employees, vendors, and dealers.
Sonalika has a large range of tractors – from 30 HP to 90 HP Di, Rx and WorldTrac. As part of our expansion programme, we have planned to increase our production manifold. Our target for this fiscal is 60,000 tractors and I am sure we will definitely achieve this goal with the joint efforts of production and marketing teams.
Besides having a vast network of dealers and associates in different parts of India, we also have our footprint in more than 65 countries across the globe.
Since our inception in 1969 till today, we have laid special emphasis on using modern technology in our manufacturing processes. Our R&D Division has always kept abreast with technological developments in different parts of the globe and adopts the most suitable technology keeping in mind market requirements.
It is in this context that we had entered into an agreement with Japans Yanmar company a few years ago. We keep in close contact with this leading tractor manufacturer through regular interaction of engineers and other technical staff of our two companies.

| NEW PLANTS IN BIHAR |
The Chief Minister of Bihar, Mr Nitish Kumar, commissioned two new Sonalika plants at Fatuha in Patna district on July 15. While one is a tractor manufacturing plant, the other is a farm implement and equipment manufacturing plant by the name of Sona Agro Ltd. These plants will play a major role in spreading green revolution to Eastern Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal, Orissa, and the North Eastern states. |

| BIGGEST EXPORT ORDER |
The task at hand was stupendous. The Government of Cameroon wanted 1,000 tractors and various implements for maize and rice plantation & harvesting supplied in a short span of time.
The production and marketing teams of International Tractors Ltd (ITL) that manufactures Sonalika brand of tractors, took the bait, and got down to executing the biggest ever order worth Rs 200 crores.
It is a matter of pride for us to announce that we comfortably completed the supply of 1,000 tractors and various implements well in time. And in the process, ITL well became the first ever company to execute such a large order under the Government of Indias Line of Credit to any African country.
Before placing the order, the Government of Cameroon had done a survey of the Indian tractor manufacturing companies. They sent a delegation to India, which had detailed discussions with the senior management of Sonalika, and they did prolonged inspection of ITLs manufacturing facilities. And after due deligence they selected ITL to be the most suited company for such an important order.
The Government of Cameroon also selected ITL as a partner to set up an assembly line of tractors and a fabrication unit of implements. ITL will also train local farmers how to use tractors and implements, and train a team of technicians to service and maintain the equipment. The Maize project has been executed directly by ITL while the Rice project has been handled through M/s Angelique International.
What is the most gratifying aspect of our relationship with the Government of Cameroon is that the project will help bring a green revolution in Cameroon. |

| PUBLIC PARKS UPGRADED |
The Clean & Green Association (CGA) of Hoshiarpur, a movement led by Sonalika Group to promotegreenery and cleanliness in the city, recently upgraded two more city parks – Budh Ram Colony Park, and New Model Colony Park – by undertaking a plantation drive, and building boundary wall and benches for people to relax in green environment. The important aspect of the CGAs plantation drives is that about 99 per cent plants survive, which is a kind of record for any plantation drive.
In another initiative by the CGA, residents of nearby villages are being given employment in Sonalika and some other industries in Hoshiarpur. Those young villagers who do not have any formal education are being provided education and training to make them employable. |

| REIKI FOR KIDS |
Over 50 children of Hoshiapur were treated to a unique experience during the last summer break – they were invited to take part in a Reiki workshop conducted by Mrs Sangeeta Mittal, Chairperson of the Platinum Club of the Sonalika Group who is also an International Reiki Grand Master. The Special Reiki Kids Camp was held at The Healing Temple, Basant Vihar where Mrs Mittal taught them how to use Reiki to improve their mental and physical health. The kids were also given lessons in enhancing their concentration and memory which would help them do better in exams.
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. Mrs Mittal told the kids that "Reiki is a love energy which once acquired does not go away." She dvised the children not to entertain negative thoughts like fear of not getting good marks, fear of defeat in sports, anger, jealousy, and inferiority complex. |

| BIG JUMP IN EXPORTS |
International Tractors Limited (ITL) has registered a big jump in the export of its products in the first three quarters of the financial year 2009-2010. Between April and December, 2009, the Companys exports rose by 65 per cent as compared to the same period in the previous financial year. The feat was all the more remarkable as it came at a time when the industry registered a negative growth of 18 per cent.
ITL also registered the highest growth in the Tractor Industry in terms of market share during the said period. While the market share of most of the companies declined, ITLs share grew 6.19 per cent as compared a Mahindras 5.82 per cent and TMTLs 2.08 per cent.
But ITLs extraordinary growth in the current financial should not come as a surprise as the company has been growing at an admirable rate of 30 per cent, and achieveing newer heights has become a matter of routine for it.
In the coming days, ITL exports are expected to grow even faster as the company has started production for Argentina, from where Sonalika tractors will be assembled and distributed in different South American countries. It was because of its commitment to growth that ITL has signed a technical protocol with Apache, Argentinas oldest and the largest farm equipment manufacturing company during the India visit of Her Excellency Mrs. Cristina Elizabet Fernandez de Kirchrner, Presiden of Argentina, in October 2009.
Apaches technical experts had studied the manufacturing facilities and technical know-how of various leading tractor manufacturing companies in India, and found ITL to be the most suitable for an enduring partnership. |

| PROJECT CLEAN & GREEN |
Sonalika Group not only produces world class tractors and farm equipments, it is also committed to promote best environment protection practices a part of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). In 2004, the Group took lead in inviting leading industrialists of Hoshiarpur and formed the Clean & Green Association (CGA). Throughout the year, CGA organises cleanliness and plantation drives in different parts of Hoshiarpur city. Last October, International Tractors Limited (ITL) had a highly successful showing at the prestigious Moultrie Expo, which is North Americas premier annual farm show Over 1,200 exhibitors showcased their latest farm technology at the three-day evemt/ The ITL stall at the expo attracted a large number of visitors who showed keen interest in the companys products, both tractors and farm equipments. Two units of Sonalikas high-tech tractors, which met all the latest US quality standars, were displayed at the EXPO.
