Sonalika Tractors has achieved the significant milestone of producing its 20 lakhth tractor at its integrated manufacturing facility in Hoshiarpur, Punjab. The achievement comes as the company celebrates 30 years of operations since producing its first tractor in 1996. From an initial production capacity of two tractors a day, Sonalika has expanded to rolling out a new tractor every two minutes, serving farmers across India and more than 150 countries.
The milestone reflects Sonalika’s focus on advanced manufacturing, Indian engineering and farmer-centric innovation. Its Hoshiarpur facility uses robotics, automation and extensive in-house manufacturing capabilities, supported by stringent testing and validation processes. Guided by ‘Jeetne Ka Dum’, Sonalika continues to develop tractors designed for diverse farming applications and conditions while expanding its global footprint.
