Sonalika Tractors has reached the production milestone of 20 lakhth tractors, marking three decades of manufacturing growth since the company rolled out its first tractor in 1996. The milestone was achieved at Sonalika’s integrated manufacturing facility in Hoshiarpur, Punjab, which has grown into a major global production hub.
The company’s manufacturing journey has expanded from producing two tractors a day during its early years to rolling out a new tractor every two minutes. Today, Sonalika caters to farmers in India as well as international markets across 150+ countries.
Sonalika’s manufacturing operations are supported by robotics, automation and extensive in-house production capabilities. Every tractor undergoes multiple rounds of testing and validation focused on performance, durability and reliability. The 20 lakhth tractor milestone reflects the company’s focus on technological advancement, Indian engineering and farmer-centric innovation.
